My most unique device is the Tapwave Zodiac II.  Very cool piece of
hardware.  Pretty bright screen, the best virtual graffiti implementation
I've seen--likewise for its external bluetooth button.

Its flaw, if it has one, is that the PIM apps are basically PalmSource
standard where send always means via bluetooth--I'm a proponent of
removing "beam" and adding IR as an option to the "Send" menu, along with
bluetooth, SMS, attachment to an email, and whatever else you can imagine.
I'm spoiled by the palmOne PIM apps which, while not perfect, are a damned
sight better than the standard things PalmSource provides which haven't
really changed much since the Pilot 1000.

But it's a Palm, so external software will do everything that the palmOne
apps can, and then some.  The software's not free, but hey.
