The only one local that I know of is Ross of "Coast Two Data
Recovery". If he can't do it then OnTrack would be about your
only other hope. Be prepared to drop some change though. I can
pull deleted or corruped data only from Windows drives that are
still seen by the OS even if the filesystem isn't recognized.
