I'll refrain from commenting that I know the lead tech for the
area, he lives a few blocks from me, and he calls me from time
to time with general questions on hardware or Windows. Oops, did
I say that out loud?
Seriously, the only time I call support is to verify an outage.
If it's in the morning I'll know for sure if it's me or Comcast
right after I get to work.
