Any Bluetooth headset will work.

As for data transfer, well... good luck. If it's Verizon Moto
phone the BT is crippled and can only be used for headsets and
as a bluetooth modem. Sync isn't possible without some googling
for a little something called "ph*ne t**ls". I seemed to have
left something obvious out of that but you get the point. Just
google "Bluetooth V710" and you'll find lots of stuff to read. I
have the V710 but haven't picked up any other BT toys to play
with it yet. 

I'm fairly certain sync with the USB cable is still possible
though. You just need to buy their kit and software. Radio Shack
usually carries those. You can't normally upload or download
your photos though. The carrier wants you to pay a premium to go
through them. Again, that's where the *ahem* Tools comes in.
