A possible stab in the dark. I don't know apache admittedly. If apache hda
been updated since it was last started could it be looking for config files
in the wrong place or the format of a critical conifguration file have been
changed. This would only have been caused by restarting apache. If this
isn't a possible cause to this type of problem could someone please be kind
enough
to let me know.
