It sounds like you are running into a problem with your corporate Intranet's web application "Secure
Workplace", and that you need to report the problem to the appropriate developer for that app.
Larry's advice on troubleshooting *local* shared library issues is spot on. But this sounds like a
remote problem, not a local one. You are getting this error in part of an intranet website, from
what I can tell from what you've said. So there's not much to do except report the problem to your
team... sorry!
