I just tried the website http://www.euglug.org, and its failing to come up.
You know, I have had that some problem myself. I use clearwire for my wireless access, and on most given days, it would be a crap-shoot to see if I could get it up. I found the problem to be that the DNS entries for euglug keep getting "lost." The DNS data from whois is:

meno.erehwon.com
sophist.erehwon.com

but I would try to resolve those names, and it wouldn't happen. I checked my /etc/resolv.conf file to see how many nameservers was dropped into there by DHCP, and found one lonely DNS entry. I then dropped a few more in there, and voila, things worked. I have since written a script to reset my DHCP after it has been disconnected for a while (like overnight) and drop those DNS entries in. I don't know what the problem is with my ISP, but the other entries work fine.

Just sharing my $0.02 worth.

Chris
