BTW, I was delighted to see that KDE 3.4's file browser displays audio
CDs with subdirectories named mp3, ogg, flac, wav, etc.  The files in
those directories already have meaningful names thanks to FreeDB.
If/when you read or copy the files, the appropriate ripper and encoder
is invoked.

Pretty nifty!  You can rip the whole CD without ever wiping the drool
off your chin.

(I was using Kubuntu Breezy -- it might be a Kubuntu enhancement.)
