I belive there are lots of monitors there, but i havnt used them... hopefully they will work on your comptuer, w/out issue also!
I think there are also keyboards/mice,but id bring my own since they are small and easy to tote... I did try to put ubuntu on my thinkpad, and found it to be quite a bit of trouble (compounded by questionable dvd/cd drive, disks, ...) Im not sure if I want to put ubuntu on it... it does run slack really nicely...
