That's easily done. For the record, if you use different email addresses
in different mailboxes, you can do this:
set envelope_from=yes
set use_from
set edit_hdrs # <-- useful if you want to change the from header manually
my_hdr From: ##EMAIL1##
folder-hook . 'my_hdr From: ##EMAIL1##
folder-hook "+##SOMEBOX##" 'my_hdr From: ##EMAIL2##
Just fill in ##foo## as appropriate.
