Yes. We just had a system for a client that was randomly locking up 
and/or rebooting every 3 days or so. There was some thought that it was
memory or disk problems. But looking at the logs showed no pattern.

We upgraded from a 250W to a 350W powersupply and poof all the problems
are gone.

Sometimes a bit is just not a bit if you don't put enough power into it.
