I don't think it's DNS caching. But you can test it conclusively
Run these two commands on your PC.
ping www.domainname.com
ping domainname.com
You can run them from a Unix shell or a DOS CMD prompt.
They will print the IP address the DNS name resolves to. If they're
the same, DNS caching is not the issue. If they're different, try
flushing your toilet again. (-:
If you're running Microsoft Enternet Implorer, be sure to go to Tools
-> Internet Options... -> General and click Delete Files...
