Just recently I removed the ~x86 flag on mozilla b/c when the last Firefox built on my system something happened to the fonts -- they're all looking like 6pt by default now. But after I removed it I noticed 1.0.7 was being installed, like you said. The Changelog says they're waiting on nss and nspr to move to stable.

It seems like Gentoo is not as cutting-edge as it once was. I just
noticed that Eclipse (the IDE) is masked from x86. Firefox is still
at 1.0.7, in spite of security holes in all versions up to 1.5.

What happened? Did Ubuntu steal the incoming freshman class?
