We could do a monthly bit, air presentations and run DIY/howto's and
"switch" campaigns...
if self-produced content runs thin, we could spin Creative Commons stuff
(they made some awesome flash animations about CC) and other freeshare
videos like interviews, walkthroughs and screencasts; rebroadcasting
existing content.
