sweet! imaptool looks like the right tool for the job. Just have
to be sure the images are static since it goes by coordinates. 

No Gentoo ebuild for it so source it is! kimagemapeditor is
availabe in portage but I don't want all the KDE libs if I don't
need them. Just clean X for me.

Anybody find anything else and I'd like to know.
