A number of channels have been problematic off and on all week. Earlier in
the week a Comcast rep told me a magnetic storm/solar activity was an issue
but that only lasted for several days. I do think they are still tuning the
DS roll-out.

On dslreports I found many from other areas where DS has been rolled out are
suggesting upgrading to a newer DCT box. So that might be my next step.

And I was on the phone with Comcast several times today. After I explained
several of the channels were almost unwatchable, a tech even called back
later at 7:00 pm to ask me if my image quality had improved. And indeed it
had. Watching the Ducks beat the Dawgs on FSN in a classic comeback was a
pleasure. But I wasn't pleased with Brook's elbow to the face of a Husky.

ANd I wonder if that's why the weather channel has been freaky these past
couple
of days as well, here in my end of the line?
