Mr. O That 30G Maxtor drive I was telling you about may be toast. After 5 reboots and this ear torturing screech every 10 second. I had to pull the drive.
I may wipe the drive and send it along. I thought we might have a contest or something! How long can it go or something like that. I can't imagine what is going on in there, you can feel the vibration when it screeches. I can't imagine its the platters. Must be the read/write head trying to do a 360.
