For Webmin, try:
http://localhost:10000/
or
http://127.0.0.1:10000/

To test name resolution and internet access try:
ping google.com
If it fails try:
ping 72.14.207.99
If that works then you need to fix DNS.  If it doesn't, then your router
needs attention.
