I didn't have much luck with Mandriva, so I put Fedora Core 4 on it
Thursday afternoon. At the clinic Thursday night with I think it was
Mark's help
I ended up searching www.google.com/linux for the the windows
description of the card and found some ideas in the Ubuntu forums. My
Laptop hasn't shown up on linux on a laptop site yet.
Under fedora I was able to get the sound working easily. I may have use
several distros to figure how to get everything working, then choose the
preferred distro and bring all my learning to that one.
