So one of two for the internet - but what aout WW2 decryption machines
when they went tube based ? ( Roosevelt ? ) .. technically computers
that replaced human "computers" - bascially math machines.. so if you
count those and then if they dont need electricity ( which takes you
back to the 17th century or earlier ) then probably Washington at least
once in his life.
