Take it into ComputerBase then if you want it fixed out of your
own pocket. Don't forget the power cord. Diagnostics are done by
next day whenever possible. I've built about a dozen of the Asus
laptops so I know my way around them. I certainly wouldn't
recommend a white box laptop. More warranty hassle than anything
else.
