+5 Informative iptables and /etc/hosts are looking good. Would ifconfig be used to restrict the client to not look for DNS? Basically this should be done on one box. Dropped in at a clients, minimal window manager (I'm thinking Fluxbox with a custom menu and 3 entries at the most). User comes up, surfs client's site, tries to Google and can't.
