If you going to spend $128 you might as well pay an extra dollar for a HD-5500 ( http://www.pchdtv.com/ ).
The HD-5500 is a fully Linux supported video capture card that does software encoding/decoding. This card does not and will not support the broadcast flag. I have a HD-3000 card and enjoy it. Mike Miller On 9/4/06, Brian Gallagher <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I see that WinTV PVR 350 is $128 at Mwave. That doesn't seem too bad a price. I just want to view OPB programs and maybe be able to save some to DVD. Is this doable? Is MPEG2 good enough to playback a Nature show with some quality? I'm tired of the flaky video quality experience.
