Don't think so. Honestly, trying to watch an HDTV broadcast on
my 2.4Ghz Celeron was pushing it. The audio and video never
quite came in together. Standard def channels are fine for lower
spec hardware. Keep in mind, those are the *minimum*
requirements. I wouldn't recommend anything less than a 2Ghz or
equivalent CPU for full HDTV. The exception to that would be if
you're taking advantage of hardware acceleration on an Nvidia
card. That may make it workable.
