I'd hardly consider them competitive either. Their "Ratel" desktop series use onboard Via graphics. You'll only find that on low end motherboards. I can easily build you a more reliable machine for less money. Their "high end" desktop system barely compares to what I could build better for less with twice the RAM and I'd give you a better warranty.
