Misterhouse together with Zoneminder perhaps? I would love to be able to use my Cuecat for tagging and inventory of my DVD & CD collection. I've run across a couple "movie management" programs for linux but don't think any of them worked with a barcode scanner of any sort. I know the popular one for Mac worked with barcode scanners and the iSight.
