in moderator interface...
You can also do a grep -l of mailmans qfiles/ directory to see if it's
winding up in shunt (probably misformed messages) or what.

I'm striking out on a google search for anything that looks relavent...
some possibilities are,
a graphical .sig and a mailman policy that drops messages with
attachments (default)
I didn't think to look for that sort of thing - what file would I look
at to see if that's the case (other than his email messages which he was
sending to my home addy and I can't get to right now)
user or domain explicitly blocked (easy enough to do by accident)
