Whatever is best for the bottom line, that is business. I have not ever Microsoft claiming to be using any sustainable business practices... This search, http://www.google.com/search?q=microsoft%20%22sustainable%20business%20practices%22&sourceid=mozilla2&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 only seems to turn up powerpoint files, not anything relating the two :) In short, anything that is not helping their bottom line is hurting it. Hurrah!!! Maybe they'll hire me to explain it to them 8*>
