Well, decided to go for one--but so apparently did a few thousand
others. Got there at 4:45; gateway parking lot FULL. (Thought it was
circuit city, some nice shopper directed me to the north end--parking
lot FULL).
Was in the laptop department by 5:10; all gone--and so apparently was
there 349 special.
Kids camped out overnite. If I was fourteen and had xmas money, I
woulda' done the same.
Somehow not at all disappointed; it was kinda fun, being in that crowd.
Didn't see any tramplings or fistfights or folks stealing stuff out of
other folks' buggies, like happens at walmart. (Different breed of
folks, there).
Anyhow, thanx, Matters for the hit. Don't need one--but for 249, I
coulda' dug it.
