I think his point was that he would prefer anything to the Zune. The fact that PlaysForSure doesn't along with other user-hostile "features" of the thing should make anybody prefer just about anything else to the Zune, for that matter. He even cited the Sandisk players as being an example of a company doing the things that Apple won't. Of course, he also said that Apple's market share is deserved. You would not think that'd be so if the competitors are doing the things customers want better than Apple.
