Freegeek is a non-profit organization in portland
oregon: http://www.freegeek.org
They provide a community space for processing recycled
computers and for providing open source services to the
community.
Jeff Robinson (and perhaps a few others) from Freegeek
will be coming to the MWVLUG meeting to talk about
Free Geek and to answer questions.
There is a conversation underway to see if we have
critical mass to establish a freegeek in Corvallis.
6:00pm - New user Linux Questions: Stump larry with your questions
6:30pm - Main Speaker - Jeff Robinson from Freegeek
8:30 (or so) go over to American Dream Pizza for food and beer.
