The place is at "The Spot" (a dorm-like apartment complex next to the U of O). As far as "the band" goes, it's just what they call the room (given that they do some digital/audio production and recording down there). The dimensions are similar to the room we were using at the CRRC. As discussed with Travis, (the on-site building admin. and otherwise pretty cool dude) we would be able to meet there once a week. As far as pilferage of the equipment goes, lets just say that if anything did go missing and I found out that one of us ...let's just say that they'd have to answer to me...then to Travis...then to the agreived party....and then whatever further authority may be deemed necessary by the issue at hand. Given that (to my knowledge) store rooms of far more tempting booty (at least to computer geeks) lay safely below us for however long we'd been meeting at the CRRC....I don't think it will be an issue. But just to be safe, Travis had told me that he'd look into putting up some sort of room-divider if the owner of the equipment felt it was necessary. I have a pretty good rep around there, so I can safely say that Travis will more than be able to satisfy our basic needs- a relatively comfortable place to meet every week...with internet access. As long as we are considerate towards those living there, I think this could work out to be a good fix for all parties involved (besides Travis is a....well let's just say that he really LOVES computers!).
