I think it will suffice -- it does become louder downstairs if they're
bumping
loud music upstairs, or if there is a full house upstairs as well... at the
recent
SAO there, it became louder as the meeting progressed, but was certainly
bearable.  It is a good spot, just wanted to give those warnings.

And I didn't mean any offense, about the site's tagline -- it just made me
think
that meetings might begin with a reading from Dilbert :)

PS - I think the sense of humor may easily be regained after reaching 21,
it can be frustrating to not be served in public, at age 19/20 ...

It's certainly not the perfect venue, but they met the requirements of:

-Free
-Likely large enough
-Reasonably quiet (in the downstairs room at least)
-Available
-Drinks available (even if they are overpriced)

If you have suggestions for other places we'd love to hear them, but ECB
is the best we came up with.
