Hmm, no passive scanning in this version though (see Q4 in the Mini-FAQ, their pdf "release notes", http://www.netstumbler.com/downloads/netstumbler_v0.4.0_release_notes.pdf ), which makes me think that it is now more geared for the masses than in earlier versions. I'd be curious to see how their legal warnings have changed over versions...
