Today there is only one Ubuntu LTS release: 6.06. Does anyone know
whether the Ubuntu project intends to support directly upgrading from
6.06 to the next LTS release (7.10 or whatever it ends up being)?
Or will we have to drag our servers through the slime of upgrading to
6.10, 7.04, and then 7.10? (Future version numbers are hypothetical,
of course.)
For the acronym impaired (-:, LTS is Long Term Support. Ubuntu is an
ancient African word meaning, "Will Debian ever release?"
