[Eug-lug] Wall mount rack

Anybody know where I could get a swing-out, wall mount, rack? Something 
like this [1]. I'd like someplace I could get one quickly. Either local 
or fairly close. I don't really want to spend an extra $100 for 2-3 day 
shipping so I'd like one that I could go get. I'd ordered one last week, 
but was *just* told that they were out of stock, so now I'm in scramble 
mode. Brand is unimportant, I just need decent quality. 12U to 18U is 
what I have in mind. Any suggestions?
