Celeron M runs at 400 and 533 FSB. Not hot running procs. Intel
already sells the CPU pretty cheap. Even if the CPU, RAM, and
hard drive were free you couldn't get a laptop with those specs
for that cost. 

I'm done flogging the dead horse.
