I've seen various similar devices (prolly not linux-powered tho) which do all this and have ethernet. I'd rather have a non-linux ethernet model, than a non-hackable linux usb-only device :) The FM transmitter sounds handy though -- cheap fake surround sound.
It sounds funny to me that their propreitary firmware "resides on top of" uclinux. As for Apple TV, are people hacking that up just like the iPhone? I'll assume so, but haven't been following.
