I got this on Fri:

IT Professionals Forum Presents:

Intro to the 'EEE PC'
6:30pm Tuesday, Nov 20th -- Eugene City Brewery (downstairs)

This month Mike Owen of ComputerBase fame (www.computerbaseusa.com) will
be presenting the ASUS EEE PC, an ultra-portable laptop designed by
Intel and ASUSTeK that runs Linux for the consumer market.

According to ASUS, the name Eee (pronounced as the letter E, IPA /i¢°/)
derives from "the three Es"; their advertising slogan is "Easy to learn,
Easy to work, Easy to play."

Our meetings are the THIRD TUESDAY of every month at 6:30pm (please do
not arrive before 6pm) in the downstairs room at the Eugene City
Brewery. Information on meetings, mailing lists, etc can be found at
itproforum.org.
