As a general rule, I've found that the best way to get any of the ubuntu
variations is to install a base ubuntu system and then apt-get the
appropriate package. (kubuntu, xubuntu, etc.) Both xubuntu and kubuntu
leave certain things out in an attempt to be lighter weight and fit on a
single CD. I'd like to see an ubuntu DVD install which had options to
install any combination of ubuntu and the 3 main clones. (x, k, edu)
