Aha, I am following these threads a little better now :)
I suspect that townie raccoons are fat and poisoned... get yerself a good
country raccoon that has gotten good exercise and a healthy diet.
I don't know why chickens would like to eat 'coon, do you feed your chicken
much meat?  They only cannibalize when they're overcrowded, in my
experience.
Not so many animals eat the animals that commonly eat them!  All the
chickens I've lived with have been vegan plus insects, and I forget what
diet they call that.
Sorry to get all wrapped up in a thread that doesn't affect me tho ;)
