I haven't read it all, but that seems relevant, because it's focusing on net neutrality, open source, and such issues that relate to Linux (and what I'd assume is likely a somewhat wider-than-Linux discussion had on this forum). But, if it's just an ad, then that's not relevant. Seems like a reasonable distinction/line to me.
