Costs too much, use any of many normal VoIP providers for the phone part.
I presume you also meant the TV bundle... but didn't ask about it....
If you do basic cable, which is normally ~$13/month, it will only be $3/mo
if you're an internet customer.
Do you mean to say that Comcast might be the *only* option available in your
location?
