I've heard good things about that card. Yeah, I know, not developed with Linux 
in mind but I'm fairly certain it is supported. Of course HDTV is only going to 
be beneficial for OTA and unecrypted QAM. Cable will still be standard def. For 
that I'd recommend the Hauppauge PVR-350 or possibly one of their newer cards.
