Symantec support goes through repeated hire and fire cycles. It's
mostly a swinging door. The more experience/seniority one obtains the
higher chance of getting cut. Symantec always refer to these cycles as
a restructuring or reorganization around new product lines and
services. But the overall point is to keep's salaries minimized. And
they do like the fresh faces. I know a couple of cuties in corporate
