Description:

Lane Council of Governments is working with Lane County to provide an
entry-level software development programmer/analyst to support the
development of cutting edge justice and public safety applications.
This programmer/analyst position will have "quality assurance" as one
emphasis.

Your Responsibilities will Include:
* Participate in team developing distributed, n-tier applications
* Writing Automated and Manual Tests
* Writing Use Cases for Unit Testing
* Executing Tests, Manual and Automated
* Problem Reporting and Tracking
* Creating and Deploying Builds

Skills needed:
* Experience working in C# (Other Object-Oriented programming
experience will be considered)
* SQL Server database queries
* Good Analytical skills
* Familiarity with Excel and other Office products
* Be organized and detail oriented

Preferred:
* Computer science or MIS degree from an accredited two-year or
four-year college/university
* Experience with Visual Studio Team System

Compensation:
* Commensurate with experience
* Full-time preferred; will consider part-time
* We will work with you on the best option of full-time limited
duration employment or a consulting/contracting model
