I fired off...before reading all posts...typical of me. I suggest a more salesman like approach, aka "never heard of Linux / Open Source?" What do Google, Craig's List, etc., etc. have in common. It's a bit of a stretch...but familiar popular applications that are rooted in Open Source (needs proofing by you folk, that know more then I.)
