Warranty or not? Lenovo parts can be expensive. And can take considerable time 
to get the appropriate replacement. You could be looking at two weeks just to 
get the stupid part. We could certainly do it and/or order the part. 

Canned air can make the problem worse if you don't disassemble. Often times the 
dust gets blown back IN and gets shoved against the heatsink when it's trying 
to blow out. 

First goal, outside of warranty, find out how easy it is to access the fan. If 
you have to pull the motherboard to replace the fan your labor cost goes up. 
Some laptops are as simple as removing a bottom cover and a heatsink.
