I was told that I was notified in advance of the upgrade so I wouldn't experience an outage. Funny, I received no such calls or messages to MY email address and they didn't have any trouble debiting my account while at the same time crippling my existing service. So, I'm out of service at home for 5-7 business days. Beware!
