I use it as a semi portable network connection. Latency is usually decent and, after the recent upgrade, bandwidth has been fairly stable. Their support sucks. I mean it **really** sucks. I was having problems upstream. Three to four hops upstream, and they kept having me reboot my modem. And don't ever say the word Linux. They wet themselves at the word Linux. For the money though, it's not bad.

Thinking of a switch, or at least an alternative to Comcast. Not that Comcast is bad, just exploring alternatives.

We don't have a real big bandwidth need at home...

Anyone with recent experience?
